The CallTrackingMetrics Agent App allows you to manage the inbound phone calls coming from all of your advertising channels. Answer calls, texts, and chats directly from your mobile device. You’ll also be able to make outbound calls, receive push notifications for incoming live chats, return a call or text message, and take notes or read from a script while on a live call, all within the app.
Each phone call coming in through your marketing channels immediately appears in the app. Access caller data, including the source and keyword of each call, and add notes and tags for each caller. You can also review the recordings of all incoming calls through your tracking numbers.
